Privacy policy

Kitchen Remodel Orange County is operated by an independent referral service. This policy explains what the site collects, why, and who it is shared with. It was last updated on October 31, 2026.

Kitchen Remodel Orange County is a referral service, not a contractor. A request from this page goes to an independent remodeler in your part of the county, who gives you their own written estimate.

What we collect

When you send the request form, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your city, what you are planning, whether an association reviews the work, and any note you add. We also record that you ticked the consent box and when. When you call the number shown on the site, the call is routed through a call tracking service, which records the number you called from, the time and the length of the call.

Like most websites, the site’s server keeps basic technical logs, such as the address your browser connects from and the pages it requests, to keep the site running and secure.

Why we collect it

We use your request for one purpose: to connect you with an independent remodeler who can help with the kitchen project you described. We do not use it to send you unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Your request is passed to one or more independent remodelers who work in your part of Orange County, only for the job you asked about. Those remodelers are separate businesses. Once they receive your details, their own privacy practices apply, so ask them how they handle your information. We also use service providers that host the site, deliver email and route calls; they handle data only to provide those services.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising by others.

The consent box on the form is never ticked in advance. By ticking it, you agree that remodelers may call, text or email you about your request. You can withdraw that consent at any time by telling the remodeler who contacts you, or by writing to the site.

How long we keep it

We keep requests only as long as needed to pass them on, to answer questions about them and to keep basic business records. Then they are deleted.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what information the site holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. California residents have rights under state privacy law, and we will respond to requests as that law requires. Write to the site through the contact page, and say what you would like us to do.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning work on their homes. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Read it again before sending a new request.
